Chef’s Table is more than just a dinner reservation, it’s an intimate culinary experience designed to feel exclusive, immersive and story-worthy from the moment guests arrive. The evening includes a 6 dinner course, paired with either, whiskey, wine or tequila and guests are gifted with a bottle when they go home.
At the heart of this event was The Glenlivet paired with gourmet cuisine relating to countries as far as Mozambique. The experience invited them into a carefully curated evening where food, atmosphere and storytelling come together.
Upon arrival, we were served with welcome cocktails, the set up was luxurious with a red carpet upon entrance. Guests entered a warm and intimate restaurant while indulging in their drinks and were soon invited into the kitchen where the Chef’s table dining experience took place.

Think elevated fine dining with a warm, social energy, a space where every course is introduced with intention, flavours are inspired by global influences, and guests are encouraged to slow down, connect and savour the moment.
Guests were enlightened on the history of The Glenlivet branding and practices associated with manufacturing of whiskey. Everyone left the event with insights of the production process, the boldness of the whiskey and how it can be paired with specific meals.
The evening includes a 6 -7 course dinner paired with a whisky. Guests are complimented with a bottle to take home as a parting gift.
