Our Latest Style Feature Spotlight
We're thrilled to showcase Sabelo Ndlovu, who hails from the small town of Paulpietersburg in northern KwaZulu-Natal. After moving to Johannesburg to pursue his studies at Wits University, he's now based in Hammanskraal, where he's currently working. I've been following his journey on social media and at various events, and from the moment I first saw him, I knew his style deserved a spotlight.
What really stands out about Sabelo is his relaxed tailoring and elevated utility aesthetic. Picture breathable linen, unstructured blazers, and wide-leg trousers that strike the perfect balance between everyday comfort and sharp, classic elegance. I caught up with Sabelo to learn more about what drives his fashion sense.
**DEFINING HIS STYLE**
"I'd describe my style as art boy minimalist with soft vintage luxury," Sabelo explains. "I'm really intentional about how I present myself. Since I'm more on the shy side, I let my fashion sense do the talking for me."
**HIS TAKE ON TRENDS**
When it comes to following trends, Sabelo keeps it straightforward. "I'm not really big on trends. I just stick with what feels comfortable and makes me look good. That said, I have noticed that bootleg jeans and track pants are making a comeback."
**CURRENT FASHION OBSERVATIONS**
Sabelo's noticed that oversized silhouettes have become increasingly popular lately, with more and more people embracing that relaxed, roomy fit.
