Ndlala Arena just announced the lineup for Ndlala Grandeur Season 1—a four-night R&B showcase happening December 16–19, 2026. Grammy-nominated singer and TV personality Tamar Braxton headlines opening night, while actor Ricco Ross (who plays Horace Bellarie in Tyler Perry's Netflix series "Beauty in Black") co-hosts the red carpet and show on December 16 and 17. This will be his first visit to South Africa.

Tamar Braxton is a singer, songwriter, actress, and TV personality who started her career in 1990 with The Braxtons, an R&B group she formed with her sisters. Her second album, "Love and War" (2013), hit number two on the Billboard 200 and earned three Grammy nominations. She's received four Grammy nods total, plus a BET Award and three Soul Train Music Awards.

She's also a TV fixture—starring in "Braxton Family Values" from 2011 to 2020 and co-hosting "The Real" from 2013 to 2016 (earning two Daytime Emmy nominations).
